If you make payment through PayPal and would like to email your registration form, send a scanned or photographed image of the signed, completed form along with your receipt of payment.  There is a link to PayPal at the bottom of this page.  Please consider a small donation to offset expenses incurred in providing the online payment convenience.  Email your form directly to Dave Pulver, Treasurer@MaricopaLiveSteamers.com.
