Have Your Party At Our Railroad

MLS is the perfect place for birthday parties, company picnics, reunions, meetings and other functions.

Four party areas, the Ford Station Patio, Diner Car Pavilion, Caboose Pavilion, and the Boxcar Party Pavilion are available on Sundays during our regular run season and can be scheduled anytime between 11 am and 2 pm.  Please check our calendar to make sure we are operating on a day you wish to book a party.  The Ford Station, Boxcar Party Pavilion, and Diner Car Pavilion have a solid roof, lighting and electrical outlets.  The Clubhouse is for members only.

Please complete the Maricopa County “Smart Waiver” form ahead of time for each member of your party.  (Click on the link, or direct your guests to the “Forms” section of our web site.)  We are unable to admit anyone without the required signed form.  Parents or guardian that do not accompany their child, must complete the online waiver and inform the supervising adult of any group that the waiver has been completed with their child’s name.

MLS will provide:

  • The Party Area with picnic tables.
  • Trash receptacles.
  • Train rides take about 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Toddlers must be able to walk to the train in order to ride on their own seat.

Please observe the following rules:

  • No alcoholic beverages.
  • Do not allow children to play on the railroad tracks.
  • For children’s parties, one adult should be present for every four children.
  • Please leave the area clean and neat.
  • Cigarettes must be put out and placed in the proper receptacles.

MLS is a non-profit organization. We do not receive financial support from state or local agencies. We will accept any donations you wish to make. Many, many people have found a party at the Adobe Western Railroad to be a very special and memorable event.
