We regret to inform you that we must cancel the 2025 Winterfest Operation Meet due to the condition of our tracks. The Arizona heat has caused massive track problems this summer, too numerous for our maintenance crews to keep up with.
We understand that this may be disappointing news, and we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If you have already registered, your check will be returned.
Our track crews will be working very hard during the upcoming year to improve the condition of the tracks. We sincerely hope to see you again next year for the 2026 Winterfest Operation Meet.
